  • What profile are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry.
  • Good command of English is desirable and a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel).
  • What will you do at Banvit BRF? Ensure compliance with quality standards and facilitate quality discussions.
  • Participate in decision-making for corrective actions and oversee process issue reporting.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate results; coach and discipline team members.
  • Manage KPIs, analyze unmet targets, and optimize line performance and resource use.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and documented.
  • Ensure employees are trained and their trainings are documented.
  • Key competencies for this role include: Effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and alternative hours.
  • Expertise in food safety and food technology standards.
