We''re seeking dedicated and motivated professionals to join our team for the establishment of our new production site for our motorcycles in Manaus/BRAZIL! After a brief introduction at our headquarters in Mattighofen, you''ll dive into a production project on-site in Brazil.
You''ll steer and plan the operational setup of our new motorcycle assembly plant in Brazil and lead the motorcycle assembly production after the ramp up in Brazil to bring our company spirit to South America!**THE TASKS AWAITING YOU**:- project coordination for the establishment of our new production site in Manaus/Brazil- production and industrialization planning of new CKD models- planning and implementation of production facilities for our high-quality products- specification and organization of production resources to ensure smooth operations- building and developing the operation team- functional and disciplinary leadership of the operational staff- budget and Investment responsibility- communication and coordination between the headquarters and the new production site in Manaus/Brazil**HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US**:- completed technical education or degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar- proven experience in international project management- fluent English and Portuguese skills are mandatory, German skills advantageous- proficiency in MS Office, as well as basic knowledge of SAP- leadership and social skills with the ability to motivate, decision-making and ability to implement- technical competence, self-responsibility, and openness to different cultures- strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in an international environment**WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO**:- the opportunity to help shape the future of Europes most successful motorcycle manufacturer- attractive social benefits, flexible working hours, and interesting training and development opportunities, as well as a unique corporate culture characterized by collegiality and team spirit- an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience from 70.
