O que você irá fazer

  • This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and lead technological innovation in secure DevOps practices.
  • You will be responsible for the DevOps Secret Manager (DSM) product, focusing on managing secrets and credentials within DevOps environments to ensure security and efficiency.
  • You will work closely with development, DevOps, design, and business stakeholders to align the product roadmap with company goals and customer needs.
  • Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the DSM product backlog, ensuring alignment with high-value features and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed user stories and transform business requirements into technical specifications tailored to DevOps practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather feedback, align expectations, and promote transparency and collaboration.
  • Plan and oversee DSM sprints, ensuring consistent, timely deliveries aligned with agile practices and organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze cybersecurity and DevOps trends to identify innovation and product improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to validate acceptance criteria, ensuring product quality across various environments and platforms.
  • Develop an inspiring product vision for DSM, serving as a product evangelist and aligning development with company strategic objectives and best DevOps practices.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, using data to inform decisions and identify areas for continuous improvement in product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications (must have): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development, focusing on DevOps and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, automation, containers (e.

  • Full proficiency in English (written, reading, and conversation).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and business teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Nice to Have: Relevant certifications include CSPO, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps Foundation.
  • Experience in UX design, improving user experience in security and DevOps products.
  • Knowledge of security regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, LGPD).
  • Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (Python, Go, Shell).
