  • Position OverviewWe are recruiting a highly motivated Support Executive to assist with the Buyer Programme across our luxury travel events, primarily ILTM Latin America and North America.
  • The role requires a dynamic, flexible, and dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in computer systems and databases.
  • The RoleThe main responsibility is to support event planning, production, and delivery in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager.
  • This includes working with the ILTM Latin America and North America team, venues, and suppliers to ensure a seamless pre-show and onsite experience for both buyers and exhibitors, reflecting our brand values and maximizing ROI.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Product Marketing Manager in managing the event production, marketing, and operational budgets to ensure adherence and delivery aligned with sales targets.
  • Coordinate onsite exhibiting spaces to provide a seamless experience for exhibitors and buyers, facilitating smooth navigation between meetings and networking.
  • Support the management team in delivering networking events and conferences.
  • Ensure a high-quality food and beverage experience for all attendees.
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams to source and work with suppliers efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties to support communication within the buyer and sales teams.
  • Assist the Systems Manager with event registration setup and post-event activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service proactively and creatively.
  • Coordinate onsite events such as dinners, networking events, conferences, and fam tours.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Leverage customer service and research experience effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, MS Office, and data analysis.
  • Proactively gather prospects and manage registrations.
  • Work calmly under pressure, paying close attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of an international team.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Develop creative solutions and approach conflicts positively.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous but not essential.
  • Support the development of coordination and account management skills to help achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain flexibility in working methods, hours, and duties as required.
