  • About The Role As a Product Manager at XILO, youll be at the center of driving product improvements that directly impact our customers experience and businessoutcomes.
  • Youll collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance existingproducts.
  • This role is perfect for a highly curious and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about deliveringintuitive, self-service solutions that drive adoption and growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct 3 customer interviews weekly to gather actionablefeedback.
  • Plan and document 2 sprints of development ahead of Engineers, usingstandard prioritization processes.
  • Create product requirement documents for all assigned new features.
  • Work with design to design out each planned release phase (MVP, beta,full release) Build data pipelines to measure customer adoption across multipleproducts accurately.
  • Enhance all current products to make them more intuitive and self-servicing.
  • Drive increased customer adoption across all products.
  • Improve sales pilot success rates to 80% by delivering exceptionalproduct experiences.
  • What were looking for Extremely curious and inquisitive, with a passion for uncovering insightsthrough customer feedback.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning complex systems quickly.
  • Process-driven thinker who sees everything as an opportunity tostreamline and improve.
  • Proven ability to conduct multiple customer interviews and synthesizefindings.
  • Quick learner who can master the industry and product at a fast pace.
  • Basic understanding of Engineering concepts to collaborate effectivelywith technical teams.
  • Works hard (10+ hours daily when needed) and embraces the challengesof a startup environment.
  • No ego and a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Experience with robust B2B SaaS products is required.
  • Familiar with JIRA, Agile/Scrum practices, PRD writing, and working with design and analytics tools.
