O que você irá fazer

  • You will be the voice of the region, connecting market needs with global strategies and developing products that make a difference.
  • In this role, you will participate in roadmap development, coordinate launches across multiple countries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams passionate about innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities In addition to Epson policies and procedures, main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Product Development Participate in meetings with end consumers, channels, and strategic partners to understand market challenges and needs.
  • Provide inputs for the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with local demands.
  • Coordinate with Latin American subsidiaries for launches and strategic recommendations based on market conditions.
  • Conduct market studies, identify opportunities, and lead the category vision in the region.
  • Product Management Ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met in assigned segments.
  • Establish processes for successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with MarComm, Documentation, Support, Logistics, and Sales to manage the product lifecycle.
  • Recommend positioning strategies and competitive pricing.
  • Propose promotional and advertising tactics in digital channels and at points of sale.
  • Manage product end-of-life and transitions, minimizing inventory and ensuring timely replacements.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the category at events, sales meetings, and trade shows.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings.
  • Develop competitive analyses and provide recommendations based on market benchmarks.
  • Maintain relationships with industry associations and key ecosystem players.
  • Main Requirements 5-8 years of experience in consumer product marketing, preferably in technology.
  • Knowledge of video projectors, especially in educational and government markets, including pricing and roadmap development.
  • Experience with traditional distribution channels, retail, physical stores, and e-commerce.
  • Proven success in launching products across multiple countries or regions.
