  • The Role We are seeking a customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead feature development for our B2B SaaS reputation management platform.
  • You will be responsible for gathering customer feedback through in-depth discovery, conducting market and competitive research, writing user stories, managing the backlog, and prioritizing product features.
  • This position requires a blend of user empathy, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organizations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and SaaS product management and practical experience with data analytics applications and AI-driven technologies.
  • Specific Responsibilities Include Develop and implement product strategies for our SaaS data analytics platform.
  • Act as a primary advocate for the customer, understanding their needs and translating them into product features.
  • Create detailed product requirements and roadmaps, outlining features, functionality, and timelines.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and advisory to deliver product features that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to maintain a competitive edge and respond to industry trends.
  • Drive the integration of AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
  • Coordinate beta tests and pilot programs to validate products pre-launch.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate product updates and benefits to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Professional Qualifications Required Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of product management experience, specifically in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in data analytics.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and UX teams to define product requirements and turn them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Experienced with Agile development methodologies.
  • Work Location This position is fully remote.
  • Ideal candidates are located within Latin America, and ideally within Brazil where we have a formal entity.
  • All candidates must have their primary residence in a country where RepTrak has an entity (Canada, Brazil, United States, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Australia).
  • Any US-based candidates are ideally located in one of RepTrak's core operating states (MA, CT, PA, NY, IL, GA, NH, or CA).
  • Some travel may be required.
