)Orchestrates operations integration for all PLM initiatives, acting as project manager and providing key deliverables such as project timelines, resources plan, impact/risks assessments, supply chain readiness metrics, KPIs, etc.
Collaborates with a cross-functional team (e.

, Commercial, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.
) to ensure successful deployment/execution of assigned PLM roadmap and interfaces with the global PLM team to engage on required regional execution activities for globally led PLM initiatives.
Secures minimization of inventory obsolescence/write-offs and operational inefficiencies tied to the implementation of PLM efforts.
Provides coaching/mentorship to the Business Planning organization in the Americas, responsible to lead/supporting talent development initiatives for the regional supply chain team.
**Requirements**:Experience in project management, in Supply Chain exerting influence and gaining alignment across multiple teams/functions and levels in an organization.
Fluent English and Advanced Spanish; Background in material planning; Expertise using ERP and project management tools (e.
G.
, SAP, MS Project, etc.
)Bachelors in business management, Supply Chain, Engineering or Project Management.
