O que você irá fazer

  • As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring product reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:Design, test, and evaluate new products and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to ensure seamless product development.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product specifications.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and stress testing to validate design concepts.
  • Provide technical support for product assembly, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to final production.
  • Continuously monitor and suggest improvements for production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Document designs, specifications, and test results.
  • Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8 years) in product engineering, product design, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience with 3D printing and prototyping is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and/or English.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Experience with simulation tools and engineering analysis.
