  • What you''ll do Project & Product Delivery Lead R&D efforts to deliver advanced drilling technologies Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, and technical specs Work closely with global teams to align on technical and commercial goals Team & Infrastructure Leadership Build and manage a world-class engineering center Recruit and mentor a top-tier R&D team Foster a culture of innovation and excellence Innovation & Technical Excellence Drive product design through simulation, prototyping, and testing Implement systems and tools for high-performance engineering Represent the company at global industry events Risk & Compliance Ensure HSEQ compliance across all R&D activities Cultivate a proactive safety culture Why Apply?   • Youll join a globally connected team with offices in Europe and the US, working on high-impact technologies shaping the future of energy.
  • Experience 5+ years managing technical and R&D projects , with a focus on systems design, product development, and engineering analysis Significant experience building and leading multidisciplinary R&D teams Familiarity with high-reliability systems design , preferably in oil and gas or adjacent industries Strong background in new product development , including 3D design, analysis, prototyping, and testing Proven ability to execute complex R&D projects independently Effective leadership and communication skills in international, multicultural settings
