  • JOB TEMPLATE Procurement Executive Manager (Raw Materials, Packaging & TPM) RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement Strategy Development Lead the development of category strategies within cross-functional teams, ensuring they are based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles.
  • Review the overall effectiveness of current strategies, identify additional opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Clearly articulate the category vision and improvement roadmap to stakeholders, inspiring engagement and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Secure approval for all category strategies within your scope of responsibility.
  • Monitor strategy progress and adapt as needed based on the evolving business environment.
  • Procurement Strategy Execution Ensure business needs are fully addressed.
  • Facilitate collaboration between category teams, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to support product testing and evaluation.
  • Drive strong buy-in and influence key decisions to support the successful implementation and sustainability of initiatives.
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives and track ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor execution, adjust plans as needed, and maintain momentum across teams.
  • Ensure governance and compliance in all aspects of category and contract management.
  • Oversee financial strategies and pricing reviews in collaboration with category leads.
  • Align sourcing strategies with Global Commodity Leaders.
  • Support procurement and cross-functional teams in the development and execution of key projects.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management Guide and challenge negotiation strategies with suppliers.
  • Manage relationships with senior-level supplier stakeholders.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with peer managers.
  • Facilitate effective communication between end users and the supply market.
  • Identify benchmarking opportunities and drive competitive insights.
  • People Management Set priorities and provide guidance to the team.
  • Promote collaboration between team members and across procurement functions for strategic categories.
  • Ensure compliance with systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Secure adequate resources to meet category team goals.
  • Direct category teams and manage individual performance through clear goal setting and reviews.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and create a positive work environment.
  • Build team credibility through high service standards and issue resolution.
  • Identify training and development needs and arrange appropriate learning opportunities.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing.
  • Expertise in cost management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of negotiation techniques, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Strategic Sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the market and key suppliers within the category.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications (nice to have) MBA degree.
  • Prior experience with SAP/Ariba systems.
  • Advanced Spanish skills.
