  • What you'll do Lead the rebuild of our core operations systems, starting with recruiter workflows, ATS, sourcing flow, and LinkedIn integrations.
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes: sales, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, retention.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, transforming them into systems, API connections, or AI workflows.
  • Build and own internal infrastructure using tools like OpenAI, Claude, or similar models, custom scripts, API integrations, and internal dashboards.
  • Drive improvements in recruiting operations to increase recruiter output.
  • Who you are Deep systems thinking with ability to map end-to-end processes.
  • AI-native experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Fluent in APIs and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
  • Builder mindset, choosing appropriate tools for each task.
  • Clear communicator capable of simplifying complex designs.
  • High output with low ego, focused on speed and improvement.
  • You are a good fit if You are an AI-native systems thinker and builder.
  • You possess technical skills in scripting, API integration, and automation.
  • You have led significant internal automation projects, ideally in fast-growth startups.
  • You have experience with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • You understand recruiting and operational workflows.
  • You move fast, think clearly, and communicate effectively.
