O que você irá fazer

  • We are seeking a dynamic, analytical professional with strong relationship-building skills who can strategically support cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with different teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Sales Operations or Sales Advisory, preferably in TECH CLOUD.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology industry (IaaS, PaaS, Multicloud, JAVA, Hardware, AI).
  • Strong knowledge of consumption and workloads.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights to various stakeholders, including executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish is a plus.
  • ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to the LoB/Sales team, providing insights and support for decision-making.
  • Develop and present detailed performance analysis, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Communicate, reinforce, train, and support the implementation of commercial policies and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and executive reports, delivering predictive insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with sales management, operations, and pre-sales teams to enhance processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Consumption growth strategy, facilitating the execution of key initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global teams to optimize strategic planning.
