  • About the Role We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract .
  • In this role, you will work with clients across LATAM, helping them with network strategy, design, and cloud solutions.
  • You will be responsible for leading both strategic assessments and the technical aspects of large projects.
  • This role involves frequent travel , so you should be based within 2 hours of São Paulo Airport.
  • What Youll Do Consult with clients : Help businesses with network strategy and transformation, providing expert advice and creating solutions.
  • Lead projects : Guide the technical side of large projects, including network design, planning, and implementation.
  • Develop roadmaps : Build plans to guide clients through their network and cloud transformations.
  • Work closely with teams : Collaborate with both technical teams and business leaders to deliver successful results.
  • Client presentations : Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and project updates.
  • Mentor others : Support and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • What Were Looking For Experience : At least 5 years of experience in network strategy and assessments.
  • 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
  • Experience with technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
  • Skills : Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable leading projects in unfamiliar environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English .
  • Certifications : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications like CCIE, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus (or proven equivalent experience).
  • Other Requirements : Ability to travel for client engagements.
  • Must be located within 2 hours of São Paulo airport.
  • Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of consulting experience in strategic assessments and financial analysis.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and secure network integration.
  • Proficiency in designing network solutions and creating professional documentation.
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for making an impact.
