  • What Youll Do: Provide technical leadership and vision for the design, training, deployment, and scaling of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning systems Drive the architecture and development of end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines to productionized models with real-world impact Lead initiatives on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-model orchestration to support advanced product features Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our AI capabilities at the cutting edge Partner closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goals Set standards for code quality, model governance, deployment practices, and AI/ML best practices company-wide Write and review high-quality Python code in a production-focused, fast-paced environment What Were Looking For: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and applied machine learning Demonstrated success in building and scaling complex AI systems in production environments Proven ability to design, fine-tune, and operationalize large language models, including open-source and proprietary frameworks Advanced knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases, and hybrid model architectures Expertise in Python and ML ecosystems (e.
