Develop rates and pricing strategies throughout the region for the different products of the A&H portfolio.
QualificationsGraduation in Actuary, Statistics, or Data Science5+ years of experience in actuarial work, pricing, or analyticsAbility to quickly grasp new information and make connections across multiple parts of the businessStrong pricing experience, preferably with system-integrated pricing models; experience working withIT on system-wide model implementation and/or data restructuring is a plusAdvanced data skills, with experience working with large datasets using SQL, SAS, R, or PythonProgramming skillsPrior experience using Radar is advantageousUnderstanding of A&H products, KPIs such as COR, ULR, rate change, and their relation to profitabilityAbility to work with a broad range of partners, from technical to strategicStrong communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly about pricing and challenge constructivelyProactive and meticulous, with a focus on the bigger pictureCommercially minded with an understanding of ML and AIWillingness to be hands-on and work with data, while also focusing on people managementAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustry: Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
