Develop rates and pricing strategies throughout the region for the different products of the A&H portfolio.
QualificationsGraduation in Actuary, Statistics, or Data Science 5+ years of experience in actuarial work, pricing, or analytics Ability to quickly grasp new information and make connections across multiple parts of the business Strong pricing experience, preferably with system-integrated pricing models; experience working with IT on system-wide model implementation and/or data restructuring is a plus Advanced data skills, with experience working with large datasets using SQL, SAS, R, or Python Programming skills Prior experience using Radar is advantageous Understanding of A&H products, KPIs such as COR, ULR, rate change, and their relation to profitability Ability to work with a broad range of partners, from technical to strategic Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly about pricing and challenge constructively Proactive and meticulous, with a focus on the bigger picture Commercially minded with an understanding of ML and AI Willingness to be hands-on and work with data, while also focusing on people management Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industry: Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
