  • Must Haves :Fluency in English and proficiency in Power BIJob Title: Pricing Analyst Job Type: Contractor Job Description: We are seeking an analytical and strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in piloting a new pricing and packaging model.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pricing analysis, data analytics, and financial modeling.
  • You will partner cross-functionally with revenue, finance, operations, and product teams to drive strategic priorities in the channel, and track consumption patterns to monitor the success of our new model.
  • Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a new pricing model that aligns with business objectives and channel needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and channel demand to inform pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess pricing scenarios and revenue impact.
  • Consumption Tracking & Analysis: Set up and manage data tracking systems to monitor usage and success of the new selling model.
  • Identify areas for improvement in partner engagement based on data.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the impact of the new pricing model on bookings and profitability.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to test different pricing scenarios and recommend adjustments to optimize for revenue and margin.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates and insights to leadership on the performance of the new model.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Partner with the sales and partner teams to gather feedback on the new model, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform regular analyses of channel feedback and usage data to refine pricing strategies and better meet partner needs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Support the forecasting process by providing insights on projected revenue and consumption trends based on the new model.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that outline pricing effectiveness, consumption trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or data analytics, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models and experience with partner channels is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
