  • **What we are looking for**:Lead the commercial and agronomic development in the region.
  • Responsible for the sales growth strategies and tactics to grow Precision Planting''s sales and product penetration through the retrofit dealer channel on the region.
  • Responsable to the deployment of the Right apprach and Challenge sales methodology with the dealers in the region.
  • Responsable for the agronomic development of the distribuitors.
  • **What are you going to do**:Commercial development of the retrofit channel in the region Responsible for all dealer channel sales activities in the specified regions.
  • Promote the agronomic development Deployment of the Challange Sales Approach Building a strong and solid sales process Deployment of the Sales/Quoting Website, as our Sales Management tool Develop product and dollar forecasts for the retail dealer channel in the regions.
  • **What do you need**:Bachelor degree in agriculture studies or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in professional sales and/or Management roles.
  • Languages: English (advance) Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Sales Skills Highly motivated.
