O que você irá fazer

  • The role involves evolving global early brand strategies, such as Integrated Product Strategies (IPS), into competitive, cross-functional launch plans tailored for core IMI markets, laying the foundation for the success of Novartis' future blockbusters.
  • About the RoleKey responsibilities: Drive the growth of Therapeutic Areas (TAs) by establishing growth plans for existing products, managing their lifecycle, launching line extensions successfully, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the portfolio with an entrepreneurial approach to optimize ROI across brands throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, sharing services, and budgeting flexibly based on priorities.
  • Utilize digital channels, innovative access models, and cross-portfolio strategies to maximize value across brands' lifecycles.
  • Develop retail portfolio strategies, including segmentation, demand generation, distribution, channels, pricing, and partnerships; simplify VMS operations and leverage the platform for campaigns and communication.
  • Lead due diligence, build networks, evaluate partnerships, and manage alliances to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Significant leadership experience managing diverse teams across therapeutic areas and strategies is required.
  • Experience working with sales teams of varying expertise and maturity levels is also essential.
  • A proven track record in P&L and commercial management, along with expertise in end-to-end portfolio management, is necessary.
  • Experience in developing risk-sharing agreements and licenses (OSB).
  • Ability to ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian Healthcare system.
  • Proficiency in driving marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
