O que você irá fazer

  • This is a dual-role which requires expertise in video editing, graphic design and motion graphics creation.

  • The Podcast Video Designer will turn raw video recordings into polished podcast episodes and engaging social media content.
  • Your role and responsibilitiesResponsibilitiesEdit raw video to enhance the shows visual appeal and audience engagement, combining technical expertise with creative input.
  • Organize and maintain raw and final video files in an accessible folder system.
  • Design promotional materials, including episode cover art, social media assets and marketing visuals.
  • Create social media cuts optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Maintain consistency with IBM brand guidelines across all visual content.
  • Collaborate with the team to suggest creative edits and visual improvements to boost engagement.
  • Required educationBachelor''s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseProven experience in video editing with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proven experience with hands-on visual effects and motion graphics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
  • Creative storytelling ability and a collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred technical and professional experienceBasic motion graphics experience (e.
