Always facing exciting and challenging scenarios, PMO is a key partner to Project Management, providing insights and ensuring a smooth and optimized execution.
Responsibilities : Create Purchase Requisitions on time and follow up Purchase Orders creation; Create Service Orders for commissioning activities; Control and report Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders information; Monitor the data of commissioning Service Orders, ensuring that are up to date in SAP; Deploy improvements in the Purchase Requisition process.
Qualifications : Be attending high school; Advanced English (preferred); Basic Spanish (preferred); Basic knowledge of Excel; Interested and open to learn; Organized; Proactive; Good logical and mathematical reasoning skills.
