  • Your Mission: as Plant Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of plant operations: Steering daily operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, cost control and quality assurance Aligning production and maintenance strategies with investment targets and corporate standards Driving continuous process improvements and innovation to increase productivity and margin Acting as a strategic partner liaising with Top Management, ensuring seamless communication with both local teams and international headquarters Leading with integrity, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence Deliver on-time, high-quality output to meet customer demands and strategic goals Your Talent A seasoned professional with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, MBA is a Plus Solid leadership experience in medium to large industrial environments Proven track record in budget management and strategic operations Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and interculturally savvy A hands-on , proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation Fluent ENGLISH and SPANISH are mandatory Join a forward-thinking company with a growing footprint in Latin America, focused on sustainability, innovation and excellence - and take ownership of a key leadership role with room for growth, impact and autonomy.
