The professional will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress, ensuring resource optimization and meeting established deadlines.
Responsibilities: Develop and update project schedules using appropriate tools; Conduct daily monitoring of activities at the construction site; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports; Ensure proper sequencing of activities to optimize processes; Interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in project execution; Identify risks and propose corrective measures to mitigate impacts on the schedule; Support change management and revise plans as necessary; Ensure compliance with standards and contractual requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience in planning and executing Construction and Capex projects; Previous experience with FPSOs and/or in the EPCI sector; Advanced knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project; Analytical skills and experience in project control, KPIs, and activity sequencing; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Availability to work on-site at the construction site.
Differentials: Certifications in planning and project management; Experience with agile methodologies and risk management; Knowledge of regulations and standards in the oil and gas sector.
