  • We are looking for Pharmacovigilance Manager US & Latam who wants to learn and transform his career.
  • Mandatory Skills:The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, exhibit excellent interpersonal communications (in English, both verbal & written), organizational, time management and follow-up skills; The candidate must also demonstrate personal initiative, responsibility, flexibility, the ability to work under limited supervision, and be able to handle multiple project assignments.
  • Key Responsibilities:Maintains full understanding of FDA and regional regulation requirements; Provides support to customers US Local team in safety requirements.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close assigned projects.
  • Articulate procedures and solutions to multi-level team under time pressures imposed by business-critical deadlines.
  • Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, through proper communication channels so as to ensure accuracy and completeness and resolving issues as and when they arise.
  • Accountable for adherence of agreed processes, create and maintain process documentation.
  • In case of changes, review Impact on safety requirements, and share with the concerned stakeholders so as to take timely decisions.
  • Escalates unresolved issues appropriately as per the agreed escalation process.
  • Ensures that the quality and TAT (Turn Around Time) targets defined are met at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery of work.
