  • If you are a dynamic, creative professional with a strategic mindset, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Internal Communication (Endomarketing) strategies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Lead and execute Organizational Development (DHO) initiatives, including talent development, career path planning, and training programs.
  • Manage the Recruitment & Selection process, identifying and attracting top talent aligned with company values.
  • Support and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes, employee feedback initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Organize internal events, workshops, and campaigns to foster employee motivation and organizational alignment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRAdvanced English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop innovative internal communication strategies.
  • Experience with HR tools and software is a plus.
