O que você irá fazer

  • The Head of Engineering is a strategic and technical leader responsible for directing and aligning engineering operations with PD7 Tech''s organizational objectives.
  • Main activities include: PD7 Tech has an open position for Construction Manager.
  • We seek a professional with an analytical vision who can support the management of each project''s results.
  • Responsibilities: Organize budget and financial management, ensuring continuous alignment of information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Control project quality, ensuring compliance with the physical-financial schedule and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect, organize, and present business data to directors, facilitating strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in activities such as budget planning, financial analysis, cost control, management reporting, compliance, financial risk assessment, contract management, and integration of financial systems.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and effective management.
  • Oversee project stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams collaboratively.
  • Requirements: Complete higher education in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Previous experience in project management and large-scale corporate construction projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with Google tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and budget financial control.
  • Ability to develop spreadsheets and analyze billing and payment data.
  • Understanding of financial flows and payment or measurement processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
  • Verbal and written fluency.
  • Skills: Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Organization, planning, and time management.
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools.
  • Technical English (desirable).
  • Candidate Profile: Availability for travel and a valid drivers license category B.
  • Availability for immediate start (if not, specify required time).
