  • · Manage end-to-endpayroll operations for Brazil & SSL countries.
  • · Ensure100% accuracy and compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
  • · Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
  • · Oversee timely payments ofsocial security, taxes, and other statutory deductions .
  • · Collaborate withlocal vendors, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to validate payroll data.
  • · Address internal/external payroll inquiries and deliver reports within deadlines.
  • · Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Must-Have · 7+ years of hands-onpayroll experience in Brazil, including expertise inS SL countries .
  • · In-depth knowledge oflocal labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements .
  • · Fluent in Portuguese and English ; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • · Stronganalytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • · Proven ability to managecross-country payroll operations and third-party providers.
