O que você irá fazer

  • Lead payroll team to ensure successful and accurate payroll processing and deliverables for countries are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Design, implement, and apply payroll quality control measures and checks to ensure consistency with instructions received and that all cyclical payroll reports, service levels, and key performance indicators are met.
  • Lead regional payroll compliance reviews, identify opportunities for transformation, and mitigate risks.
  • Manage relationships and handle all payroll inquiries and issues escalated by the local business team in accordance with defined response times.
  • Partner with business functions to ensure payroll systems and processes support related requirements such as equity, benefits, HR, cross-border assignments, and other functions.
  • Lead payroll team to monitor and reconcile all payroll accounts monthly, ensuring timely payments and recoveries, and escalate aged items to management as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional payroll laws and changes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Drive payroll strategy, policy controls, and integration with other teams.
  • Prioritize payroll tasks, projects, and initiatives.
  • What we are looking for:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field +5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources, including team management Experience leading a high-performing team in a regional/global environment, engaging stakeholders, and managing third-party providers Strong coaching and development skills Ability to resolve escalated issues independently with stakeholders and vendors Proven results in complex global environments, including process improvements and new payroll implementations In-depth knowledge of payroll calculations, regulations, and compliance in LATAM countries Seniority levelAssociate Employment typeFull-time Job functionAdministrative IndustryHuman Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
