O que você irá fazer

  • Lead payroll team to ensure successful and accurate payroll processing and deliverables for countries are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Designs, implements and applies payroll quality control measures and checking to ensure consistency with instructions received and all cyclical payroll reports, service levels and key performance indicators have been met.
  • Lead regional payroll compliance reviews, and identify the opportunity for transformation and mitigation of risk.
  • Manages relationships and handles all Payroll inquiries and issues escalated by the local business team in accordance with defined/agreed response times.
  • Partner with business functions to ensure payroll systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefits, HR, cross-border assignment, and other functions.
  • Lead payroll team to monitor and reconcile all payroll accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring appropriate actions are taken which ensure timely payment and recoveries, highlighting aged items to management for necessary escalations.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge and awareness of prevailing regional payroll laws and any changes occurring or planned in each of the regional countries and ensures that the Company remains in compliance with the statutory requirement Drive strategy, key payroll-related policy controls and integration with other functional teams and prioritize payroll tasks, projects and initiatives.
  • What we are looking for: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required +5 years of experience in payroll, accounting or human resources, including management of a team Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team in a matrixed, regional / global environment; ability to work with and engage key internal and external stakeholders, engage team members and senior leadership, and manage third-party providers Strong coaching and colleague development experience Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly and independently with both internal and external stakeholders, and third-party vendors Track record of results in a complex global environment with delivery of impactful continuous improvement projects, process optimization and new market/vendor payroll implementations In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing, regulations, compliance and audit in multiple countries in LATAM region.
