  • Job SummaryThe Partnership and Content (P&C) Agent is responsible for sourcing and building relationships with new TLC partners and venues, securing new supplier contracts, and maintaining good relationships with existing partners.
  • The role involves significant outbound calling to potential partners.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and source prospective partners through various channels, including local contacts and the internet.
  • Cold call potential partners to develop effective relationships with the goal of closing targeted contracts.
  • Re-contact previously interested venues regularly.
  • Provide information about TLC to prospective clients and explain our services.
  • Maintain accurate communication with external partners and foster strong relationships with new, existing, and past partners.
  • Keep detailed records of external partnerships.
  • Produce feasibility reports based on research and communication with prospective partners, handle product requests.
  • Organize daily workflow according to briefings and targets.
  • Skills & KnowledgeExperience in developing ongoing relationships with external parties, using appropriate communication methods to establish long-term agreements.
  • Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively, ensuring partners align with TLC''s quality, value, and volume standards.
  • Experience in telesales or media sales environments, confident in using sales techniques and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a strong telephone manner and influencing ability.
  • Self-driven, task-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
