  • THE OPPORTUNITY The Partner Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner portfolio, leading a diverse team of executives, and ensuring service coverage that maximizes Wellhub's value.
  • Strategic negotiations and strong relationships with key partners are essential to optimize margins and ensure business sustainability.
  • YOUR IMPACT Understand gym partners needs, develop strategies to measure and boost engagement, and strengthen relationships with key partners.
  • Support the development of projects to implement best-in-class processes, enhancing efficiency and local performance.
  • Conduct strategic analyses to inform business decisions and support negotiations.
  • Perform competitive analysis and design tactical plans to protect and strengthen our gym network.

  • WHO YOU ARE Solid experience in Key Account Management or related fields.
  • Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful in challenging environments.
  • Collaborative team player across diverse functions.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

  • Prior experience in Key Account Management, strategic business development, and proficiency in English are mandatory for this role.
