  • What you'll do Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Craft and execute strategic marketing distribution plans for our games.
  • Contribute directly to expanding and engaging our player base through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Drive innovation on new strategies and tools of our user acquisition discipline.
  • Maintain communication with game directors, executives, and key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our games' vision, audience, monetization, and market positioning.
  • What you'll need Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Some experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python.
  • Nice to have Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry landscape.
  • Experience managing UA channels for digital products.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies for evaluating creative performance.
