  • Position Overview: We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads (LSA).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience driving lead generation and local/regional ad campaigns, with a strong focus on ongoing optimizations, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-makingnot just ad creation and launch.
  • Key Responsibilities: Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting using tools like Google Ads and GTM/GA4.
  • Implement tracking solutions, including conversion tracking, call tracking, and GTM setup.
  • Provide ongoing performance analysis and reporting, recommending data-driven optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access issues for ad platforms and tracking tools.
  • Develop and execute strategies for local/regional and lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in paid search and social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA).
  • Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing local/regional and lead generation ad campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data for optimization.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
