Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew to complete residential outdoor living projects on time and to specification.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain organized, efficient job sites.
Read and interpret designs to plan workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
Oversee the flow of labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Identify potential issues early and implement solutions on-site.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure all work is performed safely and according to industry best practices.
Qualifications 3+ years experience as a Commercial Foreman, Superintendent, or have held a proven project leadership role within the construction industry Broad knowledge of best practices in construction, materials, and engineering principles.
Ability to read blueprints, designs, and specifications.
Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job conditions.
A winning personality-someone who can take charge, earn respect, and maintain great relationships.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
PA HIC License preferred.
