O que você irá fazer

  • Expertise in at least three SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics and Distribution & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS /WMS /OTM-related domains with at least 5 End-to-End Implementations.
  • Fusion Implementation will be an added advantage.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Should be ready to travel onsite on Long term assignments.
  • Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Desired ProfileServe as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating strong customer relationships with the Support team.
  • Offer advice and assistance to internal employees dealing with diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  • As an SCM Lead, you are expected to be an expert in problem-solving, particularly for extremely complex and critical customer issues, often involving previously unknown challenges.
  • Perform your assigned duties with a high level of autonomy, regularly reporting customer status and technical matters to management.
  • You will work with minimal guidance from management.
  • Be sought after by both customers and employees to provide expert technical advice.
  • Act as a leading contributor, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Handle non-routine and highly complex technical tasks, applying advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization.
  • Given substantial customer interaction, demonstrate the ability to work independently with exceptional communication skills.
  • Consistently aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Any Industry Standard Certifications will be a plus.
