You will partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, resolve production issues, and support ongoing process improvements across Finance and O2C domains.
In this role, a typical day will look like: · Act as functional lead for Oracle R12 modules supporting the Order to Cash process, including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Pricing and Tax Configuration.
· Provide support for Oracle Financials modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Accounts Payable (AP) as related to O2C integrations.
· Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
· Translate business needs into Oracle functional solutions, collaborating with technical teams for implementation.
· Support issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles.
· Ensure Oracle configurations align with local Brazilian fiscal requirements and global business standards.
· Facilitate training and change management initiatives across functional areas.
The essential requirements of the job include: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
· 36 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, focused on O2C and Financials modules.
· Strong understanding of Brazil-specific business and tax requirements within Oracle.
· Experience with system configuration, testing, and user support.
· Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; fluent Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in multinational or shared service center environments.
· Familiarity with Oracle localization for Brazil (NFeand SPED reporting).
· Knowledge of Oracle support processes (Service Requests, patches).
· Exposure to RPA, integrations, or automation tools.
· Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
