  • Job Description Were preparing to open our first studio in Brazil and were looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the charge.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to build and optimize operations from the ground up.
  • As the Operations Manager for our São Paulo studio, youll be accountable for teams'' overall performance and day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, process efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Youll work closely with local and global stakeholders to build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, and deliver exceptional quality and productivity across the board.
  • Responsibilities Business leadership and direction to operational teams by setting clear expectations, objectives, and priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions of Team Managers and Specialists involved in Operations Management.
  • Orienting, training, supervising and developing studio staff.
  • Motivating team and individuals to achieve set targets.
  • Daily support, direction and assistance to the subordinates on all areas.
  • Ensuring continuous and properly organized communication flow within a team and with other departments.
  • Developing and maintaining internal documentation (manuals, procedures, regulations etc.
  • ) for the studio staff.
  • Analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends and recommending system improvements.
  • Gathering and analyzing data on studio key performance indicators, preparing action plans for improvements and managing successful execution.
  • Execution of Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Initiating projects, following up and keeping track of ongoing projects.
  • Preparing monthly Studio performance analysis, presenting to senior business stakeholders.
  • Leading Operational Teams and product delivery planning, reviewing and monitoring Maintaining relations and communication with Clients and Partners when requested by Commercial teams.
  • Forecasting, budgeting and tracking of the operations related costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget.
  • Qualifications Background Needed: 3+ years of a proven successful experience in managerial role in service/operations management, including direct management of teams.
  • Certification in Quality, Project or Service management (e.

  • Prosci, PMP, Prince2, ITIL) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends within complex data sets, enabling informed decision-making and operational optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Good negotiation, mediation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English, Portuguese language knowledge will be considered as an advantage Results-oriented attitude and high sense of responsibility.
  • Education: Minimum requirement Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Related Field, Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) would also be advantage but not essential.
