  • About the team/roleWe are looking for an operations manager to join us on the Delivery/Food team in the core of our operations.

  • Creating SQL queries and analyzing business metrics to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement; Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the leadership in decision-making; Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions; Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others); Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company.

  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking; Hability to solve complex business problems; Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms; Flexibility to travel and follow cities launch; Great ownership and results-driven mindset; Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred); Advanced English.
