O que você irá fazer

  • The role will be responsible for driving the business initiatives with a specific focus on CORE risk and control management, technology budget and staffing control, elaboration of resiliency plans and strategic innovation initiatives.
  • This role requires communication across different areas and close work with senior managers.
  • **Key Responsibilities**:- Promote the governance aspects of FORCAST including management of Procedures and Process Maps in addition to CORE Risks and Controls- Partner with members of the FORCAST team to help drive automation initiatives- Elaborate sophisticated presentations to senior managers, including data analytics- Provide support on managing budget and staffing- Elaborate Resiliency Plans- Ensure adherence to Data Retention Policy- Manage Intelligent Solutions, User Tools and data retention certification- Participate and coordinate working group meetings to discuss automation and innovation initiatives**Qualifications & Skills**:- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit or Controls- Strong data analytical capacity with high level of attention to detail and quality assurance- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, including senior management- Strong broad based communication skills and ability to communicate verbally and through presentations, synthetizing ideas- Strategic and independent thinker with ability to question the status quo- Commitment to deliver under tight deadlines- Advanced Excel skills including pivot, macros, graphs, and formulas- Advanced PowerPoint skills to generate graphical presentations- Advanced Visio skills to create processes workflowsJ.
