Through the values --Passion for customers, Long View & How matters you will liveand experience more of usThe purpose of the Operation Planner is to plan, coordinate and monitoreffectively execution on nursery and trailing work according to the Breeding plansacross Corn, Soy and Sunflower in LAS.
The role will participate on planificationand coordination with site managers and trailing managers.
Helping in develop theplans and estimate resources needed to guarantee execution.
During the season willbe responsible to have a broad vision across sites, managing resources like fieldequipment, supplies, etc.
Also, would be responsible to track and consolidate alloperational metrics (kpi) of the team as well as communication to leadershipHERE IS HOW THIS ROLE WILL BE CRITICAL TO OUR BUSINESS:Collaborate with the Breeding teams to develop the breeding plans, providinginsight and information regarding nursery capacity and capabilities.
Work closely with NSP, Processing, Agronomy, Trailing and PPP to decide in bestuses of resources across crop teams and ensuring compliance with Syngenta-s HSEpolicy, Code of Conduct and pertinent Codes of Practice.
Review and calculate LAS capacity and unit costs annually, supporting the PPPfunction.
Coordinate with the Agronomy function to ensure land and greenhouse spaceavailability needed to execute the plan.
Coordinate with the Testing Teams to deliver processed seed in quantity andquality ready to support Seeds Testing activities.
Monitor progress against the baseline plan agreed with partners and activelyfeedback communication to stakeholders.
Report to stakeholders- performance of the operation as required via agreed KPIs.
Advocate for continuous improvement by engaging the Quality Teams.
As a member of the SD Trailing and Operation team, will be working with Stationmanagers and both accountable for the whole planned operation.
Also, collaborateto improve efficiency and productivity of LAS as a whole, collaborate withmaintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
Work closely with SDOT Head on capacity and demand planned.
Consolidate and communicate KPI internally.
Preparing dashboard to standardizeSDOT operationsConnect with PPP through Operation capacity and knowledge to improve costanalysis.

ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION:Graduated in Agronomy, industrial engineer or similar.
Proficiency in English desired.
Strong short and mid-team planning and tracking abilities with a positive attitudetowards continuous follow up.
COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTER SKILLS TO MANAGE MS OFFICE AND CORPORATE SOFTWARE.
DIGITAL FLUENCY (EXAMPLE:Power bi)Excellent communication, results-oriented and teamworkChange management skills to lead across ambiguous situations.
Conflict management skills towards win-win outcomes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of across-functional team and across boundaries.
