O que você irá fazer

  • We work with the business system IFS Applications and our own product Novacura Flow.
  • We are a global organization with close cooperation between our offices in different countries and we staff our projects globally.
  • This means you''ll work with a local company one day and be part of an international project the next.
  • Most of our consultants work in Novacura''s office, not on-site at the customer''s location.
  • We want to continue to develop and grow and we are looking for young professionals with an ambition to develop!**Our IT Consultant Trainee Program**The trainee program is comprised of two parts.
  • The first part is a one-month orientation at one or multiple of our offices, where you''ll receive an introduction to Novacura''s culture, products, and work methods.
  • This will be combined with a project or assignment to provide practical knowledge.
  • In the second part of the program, you''ll select a direction and work both internally and with our customers, gaining valuable customer experience.
  • Your mentor will support you every step of the way.
  • **Location**Novacura has global presence in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Sri Lanka and Australia.
  • During the Trainee Program you will stay in Uppsala (Sweden) before joining your local team.

  • **What will you contribute with?**You have completed or are about to complete your education in IT/Computer Science and are eager to learn all aspects of an IT project, from coding to implementing solutions for customers.
  • You have great communication skills and can turn customer needs into digital solutions if given the right set of tools.
  • You enjoy working with others, both as part of a team and with customers.
  • You''re constantly seeking to learn new things and have a proactive attitude.
