O que você irá fazer

  • This role involves identifying and resolving network issues, escalating problems as necessary, and ensuring the overall health and performance of network operations.
  • Key Responsibilities: Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network systems, servers, and related infrastructure using monitoring tools.
  • Issue Identification: Identify and respond to network alerts, performance issues, and system anomalies.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform initial troubleshooting steps to resolve network issues, including hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or higher-level support teams according to established protocols.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents, including steps taken to resolve issues and any required follow-up actions.
  • Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, updates, and backups.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to internal and external customers, addressing network-related inquiries and issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be a distinct advantage.

  • Availability: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Desired Experience: Prior experience in a network operations center or technical support role is advantageous but not required.
  • Exposure to network security practices and tools.
