  • : ITIL, Cisco CCNA/CCNE, Palo Alto, Citrix Netscaler/ADC, Azure, IPAM, Infoblox, Aruba, HPE, Meraki, WLC, SDWAN, WAN) Project management What will be your key responsibilities? Support Network Service Roadmap delivery in the three key Network Areas (WAN/LAN, Audio/Video Conferencing, and Security) Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution specifications Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, allowing for the solution to be supported by IT OPS and Vendors Lead and follow-up delivery of mid-size projects and improvement plans.
  • Promote procedures, standards, and rules in place and seek opportunities to improve them in the Network space.
  • Suggest and implement network infrastructure upgrades, modifications, and EOL (end of life) replacements Ensure funding (CAB, Running Cost) is planned for suggested projects.
  • Interact with SMO (Service Manager Officer) to understand service level agreements and maintain them Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans What can you expect from Mars? Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
