  • How to contribute to our vision In this role, you will support the network infrastructure of our wind farms across Latin America.
  • You will be working with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks, learning as you go.
  • You will dive into real-world network environments, gain hands-on experience, and build your skills in LAN and WAN technologies.
  • Your key responsibilities will be: Support Tickets : Assist in handling and resolving support tickets.
  • Support the Network Engineering Team : Work alongside the team to maintain and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks for our wind farms.
  • Network Configurations : Help with configuring and troubleshooting servers, clients, routers, and Layer 2/3 switches.
  • Network Performance Monitoring : Assist in monitoring WAN link performance across multiple countries.
  • Contracts and Documentation : Help manage network-related contracts and assist in documenting network setups and changes.
  • Router and Firewall Support : Learn how to implement router and firewall rules and assist in troubleshooting network issues.
  • What You Need To Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • We are also looking for Pursuing a degree in network engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Intermediary level of English (Desirable).
  • Intermediary level of Spanish (Desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, such as: Network topologies, such as ring, star, mesh and hybrids.
  • Routing, switching, access lists and firewall rules.
  • IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity.
  • Familiarity with network management protocols such as DNS, DHCP, (S)NPT, SMTP, FTP/SFTP, Telnet and SSH.
  • Structured cabling.
