  • Minimum 4 years experience in ITIL-based Incident and Problem Management, with proven ownership of service incidents from detection to resolution.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS to analyze trends and inform decisions.
