O que você irá fazer

  • This role requires leading a sales team, designing and implementing effective sales plans, and driving business expansion.
  • Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development:Develop and execute national-level sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead the local team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and morale.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resource Integration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-dimensional resources and improve sales efficiency.
  • Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of industry sales experience, with proven 0-to-1 sales management success at national or international levels.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Skills:Results-driven, resilient under pressure, quick learner, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Communication:Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate resources effectively.
  • Requirements:Valid Brazilian work permit.
  • Must be based long-term in Brazil.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English or Portuguese.
  • Preferred:Familiarity with cross-border payment/trade and established local networks (a strong plus).
