  • Location and FlexibilityThis is a hybrid role.
  • This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices inSão Paulo(2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) orPorto Alegre(3 times/ week or 12 days/ month).
  • Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
  • QualificationsHave professional engineering experience at least 5 years building digital products, and at least 2 years leading a team;Have professional engineering experience with Mobile app development technologies (Android, IOS or React Native);Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products, and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal-setting, coaching and feedback;Have familiarity with CI/CD, Agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing;Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product, with code that is durable, secure, scalable and thoroughly tested;Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience and development tasks;Fluent English and Portuguese skills - including written, verbal, and presentation;This role is open to our São Paulo or Porto Alegre office.
  • This position will initially be assigned to a client that requires a temporary on-call work arrangement.
