O que você irá fazer

  • Deal with all new updated agreements as may need.
  • Manage all manufacturing outcomes and implement corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage FG cost to stay under FCST committed and update when necessary.
  • Manage, monitor, and challenge the teams when raw material cost varies up and down.
  • Manage the shelf life from raw material and obsolescence to reach the R.
  • Forecast and Annual Plan.
  • Manage the percentage of losses for bulk and filling lines following the contract agreement.
  • Manage all discussions related to P&L with CMs to have the budget and FG cost under control.
  • Manage and deal quotes for extra or additional manufacturing activities when necessary.
  • Manage the transportation activities related to cost, collection for DCs, invoices and pallet return.
  • Manage the savings proposed for the teams related to cost reductions and updates.
  • Manage New Launch timeline and ToTs to reach the OSD goal.
  • Manage and provide the quarterly Rolling Forecast updates, by working with internal accounting and procurement teams to reach accurate FG cost.
  • Continuously look for new CMs which can provide cheaper and affordable costs as opportunities to stay competitive in the market.
  • 1.
  • Financial accounting for the third-party contract manufacturing: Realizes financial analysis related to extras demands and costs, and add value activities when needed.
  • Responsible for the financial accounting subjects related to contract manufacture, ensuring the delivery of monthly and quarterly cost reports to the top management team and account team, as well as for all costs related to Quarterly Rolling Forecast.
  • Responsible for the financial expenditures of cost and monitoring mechanism to track expenditures in manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for the financial studies and simulation focusing on cost analysis of gross margin and EBITDA contribution of the current and new products by identifying cost increases, deliverable schedules and maintaining effective controls.
  • Responsible for the monthly analysis related to obsolescence by providing inventory amounts.
  • Provide continuous financial updates on the monthly P&L for the account and financial teams.

  • Manage relationship and timeline with local supply chain teams as: Work closely with the procurement team to have accurate LT, MOQ, Cost, inland cost, air cost, storage, and freight cost.
  • Procurement supports contract manufacturers in case of ingredients, components sourced, timely issues, accurate and fair pricing for the Rolling Forecast.
  • Work closely with the quality team to support manufacturing service level, to reach high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Stay in contact with quality to review and determine validity of accept/reject criteria for problem batches of products, and stay on top of the manufacturing specifications.
  • Work closely with the process engineering team to make a smooth transition from Transfer of Technology into local manufacture products to follow international manufacturing processing standards and process performance be accordingly adapted to local Contract Manufacturers ensuring a consistent achievement of companys quality standards and product integrity.
  • Deal with the internal Planning team to have updated information related to Forecast, regular and extras demand and Special editions which may impact the inventory planning.
  • Work with the Lean Program to stimulate continuous improvements and support the Lean tools all over the manufacturing entities and administrative manufacturing staff to ensure the Lean culture grows.
  • Deal with the Regional LATAM team to have the accurate update and tracking for new projects, new Tots, and new launches.

  • Manage the supply planning from the third-party contract manufacturing to assure that: Guarantee that contractors fulfill their needs on time and quantity and provide regular communication with the local office.
  • Effectively assess production capabilities of the Contract Manufacturing to best allocate, balance, monitor, review and improve operational performance.
  • Follow the execution activities with the Contract Manufacturing team to guarantee a very high level of OTIF and delivery adherence.
  • Support the manufacturing teams on subjects related to cost, project charts to reach new launches for Dev and Money gate decisions.

  • Provide and manage updated financial reports, scorecards, and KPIs on a monthly basis: CMs cost analysis by product, by FG and by CM business unit.
  • Quarterly Rolling Forecast cost analysis per CM business unit.
  • Dev and Money Gate cost analysis per FG comparing Planned vs Real.
  • EBITDA per FG and per CM business unit.
  • PPV for CM business unit.
  • Landed Cost per FG and CM business unit.
  • CMs financial interest when applicable.
  • OTIF from all CMs by FG and CM business unit.
  • HOSHIN updates for the senior management level.
  • In addition to the above, incumbent is expected to meet the required competencies for this position as defined in the competency profile.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in engineering or related area is required.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in: At least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Manufacturing Industry, focused on consumer products or contract manufacturing.
  • Financial skills and cost-driven thinking are essential to this position in Supply Chain.
  • Experienced know-how on Production, Financial, Quality and Engineering.
  • Proven Supply Chain experience on Projects, Tasks and Strategy.
  • Management experience in a multi-national company.
  • General knowledge of applicable BRA regulations: Good Manufacturing Practices, Accountability, Taxes, Cosmetic Regulations, Consumer Product Packaging Regulations, VISA Requirements.
