  • In this role, you will act as a crucial link between the company and the external medical community, particularly Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), with a strong focus on Rare Endocrinology Diseases (RED).
  • You will share high-quality scientific information about attention pathologies and Novo Nordisk innovations, while gathering valuable insights to support internal strategies.

  • The PositionAs a Medical Science Liaison RED, you will act as a clinical and therapeutic resource supporting internal teams with in-depth scientific knowledge and helping drive the development of medical-scientific content for education programs.
  • Your work will also include the dissemination of relevant information to healthcare professionals and contribution to medical strategy in the field of rare endocrinology.
  • Key responsibilities include:Building strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to promote awareness of therapeutic areas and scientific data related to assigned products.
  • Collecting insights from KOLs to support publication planning, medical education activities, and encore presentations at national and regional congresses.
  • Collaborating with the Brazilian Clinical Operations Teams in site selection and clinical trial follow-up, ensuring the integrity and functionality of local studies.
  • Acting as a credible academic and scientific expert, maintaining high ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Supporting initiatives in Rare Endocrinology Diseases, providing strategic guidance and driving medical engagement in this specialised field.
  • QualificationsWe understand that no one is an expert in everything, but you could be the person we are looking for if you meet the following criteria:Medical Degree with active license (CRM), with specialization in Endocrinology required.
  • A focus in Pediatric Endocrinology is considered a strong plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a medical affairs role is an advantage.
